2025 Young Women In Leadership Award, given to Ashley Palm of Sutherlin High School and Sylvia Eckman of Roseburg High School. These young women stand out for their involvement in student government and community activities.
Rose Day Award
This year’s Rose Day Award went to Women in Business, part of CCD Business Development Corporation. The WIB has grown from 12 attendees at their first meeting in 2022 to attracting over 1,240 attendees in 2024. They create an empowering environment that connects Business women to share ideas, learn from each other, and hear from experts. They served 228 clients last year, 103 of which were from Douglas County.
